Payroll HRIS Specialist (Implementation) | Hybrid | 12 Months Project Role
We’re working with a global pharmaceutical organization on a large-scale payroll transformation, and we’re looking for a Payroll HRIS Specialist to support a full-cycle system implementation.
This is a hands-on, project-driven role focused on building, testing, and stabilizing a new payroll environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting
end-to-end payroll system implementation
(design → testing → go-live)
Working across
HRIS, payroll, and time systems integrations
Driving
UAT/SIT, parallel runs, and cutover activities
Ensuring alignment with
local statutory payroll requirements
Developing
process documentation, controls, and SOPs
Collaborating with regional stakeholders and external vendors
What we’re looking for:
5–8+ years of experience in
payroll, HRIS, or system implementations
Proven exposure to
payroll system rollouts or enhancements
Familiarity with platforms like
Workday, ADP, SAP, or similar HCM tools
Strong understanding of
payroll compliance and processes
Experience in
testing cycles, data validation, and issue resolution
Comfortable working in a
project-based, fast-paced environment
