3–5 years as HR Generalist/Executive in Singapore
Bilingual: business-level English and Mandarin (written + spoken)
Strong SG employment law knowledge (MOM, CPF, IRAS, EP/S Pass)
Working familiarity with HK employment basics (Employment Ordinance, MPF, IR56)
Hands-on exposure to China contractor/employment arrangements
Demonstrable AI fluency — proven workflows built with LLMs or automation tools
Role Description
Singapore (Corporate HQ) | Reports to President & CEO | Permanent, full-time
The opportunity: Primary EA to the CEO (~50% of role), with the remaining time split across CFO, CHRO, and SVP of Operations. A true multi-principal support role requiring high discretion and strong ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar management: End-to-end CEO diary management — scheduling, prioritisation, conflict resolution
Travel coordination: Full domestic and international travel logistics (itineraries, visas, accommodation, ground transport, contingencies)
Expense management: Process and reconcile claims and invoices accurately and on time
Briefing preparation: Compile meeting materials, agendas, and background documents
Meeting coordination: End-to-end logistics for board, leadership, and external meetings through to follow-up
Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information with utmost discretion at all times
Requirements
A Levels or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
5 years of relevant admin experience, with at least 2 years supporting a SVP or equivalent
Strong MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms proficiency
Professional English communication (written and verbal)
