About the Rol
eWe are partnering with a leading global manufacturing company to appoint a Global Continuous Improvement Director to lead enterprise-wide Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across its international manufacturing footprint
.This is a newly created leadership position supporting the company's rapid global expansion. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will drive Lean transformation, operational excellence, and business performance improvements across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide
.
Key Responsibiliti
- esDevelop and execute the global Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with business objective
- s.Lead Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and business transformation initiatives across multiple international manufacturing site
- s.Establish standardized Continuous Improvement frameworks, governance, and best practices globall
- y.Drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, inventory, and operational efficienc
- y.Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations leaders to identify and implement improvement opportunitie
- s.Lead and develop a global Continuous Improvement team while coaching regional and site-level CI leader
- s.Build a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organizatio
- n.Monitor performance through KPIs and ensure sustainable implementation of improvement initiative
- s.Support strategic manufacturing expansion and operational transformation projects globall

Requireme
- ntsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipli
- ne.Extensive experience leading Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence initiatives within a multinational manufacturing environme
- nt.Proven track record of driving Lean transformation across multiple manufacturing sites or regio
