This is a structured 6-month development pathway, not a short-term internship. You'll come out the other side as a licensed professional with your own client portfolio and a clear trajectory for growth.
What the Programme Covers
From day one, you'll be on a structured path that combines formal training with real-world application:
- Work closely with senior professionals and industry trainers to develop deep financial knowledge
- Get up to speed on portfolio construction, market analysis, and investment fundamentals
- Build genuine client relationships from early on — not just shadow work
- Leave the programme fully licensed and equipped to operate independently within a robust platform and support network
How It's Structured
Stage 1 — Getting You Ready Before you officially begin, you'll receive a conditional offer and the flexibility to sit the required regulatory examinations at your own pace.
Stage 2 — Guided Training Formal instruction from exchange and product specialists, hands-on platform training, and exposure to real industry networks.
Stage 3 — Your Career Begins
- Run your own client book with the backing of an experienced team
- Start on a stable fixed income, then move into a performance-linked structure as you grow
- Make a genuine difference to the financial outcomes of the clients you serve
- Lay the groundwork for a long career in Singapore's financial sector
The Right Fit
You might be a fresh grad curious about markets, or a professional from outside finance ready for something more meaningful. Either way, you'll thrive here if you:
- Hold a degree or diploma from a local university or polytechnic, OR bring at least 2 years of working experience from any field
- Have a genuine interest in how markets and investments work — not just a line on a CV
- Communicate clearly, think on your feet, and enjoy working with people
- Take initiative and hold yourself accountable without needing to be pushed
A background in finance-related studies helps, but it's not a dealbreaker — attitude and drive matter more.
