Our Client is a Global Leader in Specialty Chemicals. You will lead and manage daily laboratory operations, quality systems and a team of laboratory staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role covering quality compliance, analytical services, new product support and continuous improvement — serving both internal stakeholders and external customers.
In this exciting role you will,
Lead day-to-day laboratory operations including analytical testing and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) preparation for customers
Maintain and improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 management systems
Implement Control Plans and FMEA for laboratory processes
Design and manage the Analytical Service Business process in line with ISO 17025
Support small-scale blending and formulation trials for new product development
Act as primary liaison with customers and suppliers on technical and materials matters
Drive adoption of innovative analytical methods and equipment upgrades
Manage laboratory operating budget and capital expenditure
Lead EHS compliance and enforce safe working practices
Develop and review laboratory procedures to improve productivity and reduce costs
Train and develop laboratory staff to build team capability and flexibility
You are encouraged to apply if you have,
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within quality control or chemical analysis
