We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for a leading start-up healthcare distribution company. The Role:
Support clinical teams during procedures and deliver hands-on training to ensure proper use of devices in operating rooms and endoscopy suites.
Independently manage a defined territory, uncover new business opportunities, and tailor approaches to meet specific client requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver in-depth product expertise and enhance customer interactions across both public and private healthcare institutions.
Monitor market dynamics, maintain strong professional relationships with clinicians, and strategically drive sales performance through insights and innovation.
The Experience:
Holds a background in life sciences or a related discipline, with hands-on experience in healthcare sales and familiarity with both public and private hospital settings.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of surgical and endoscopy-related technologies, and can effectively translate clinical knowledge into meaningful client discussions.
Self-driven and organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance goals within an assigned area.
Known for professionalism, adaptability, and a consistent record of delivering value to clients, including recognition or sales achievements.
