Progressive years of experience leading operations, user growth, or product initiatives in fintech, trading platforms, or digital services
Strong analytical chops with hands-on BI/data platform experience
A proven record of driving results across diverse, cross-functional teams
Fluent in stakeholder management - from engineers to marketers to execs
Experience with partner ecosystems (agents, affiliates, KOLs) is a bonus
Fluent Mandarin skills (spoken and written) to engage effectively with stakeholders in China and Taiwan
