Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

  • Manage payroll transactions including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and collaborate across business units for payroll generation.
  • Conduct audits to ensure error-free processing, working closely with HR Operations and Total Rewards teams.

Statutory Labour Law and Tax Compliance:

  • Handle wage adjustments, sick leave, bonuses, and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  • Lead tax submissions and calculations for various employee groups.

Problem-Solving:

  • Address employee queries regarding payroll promptly and accurately.
  • Rectify discrepancies to maintain payroll accuracy and transparency.

Digitalization Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for HR process automation using digital tools.
  • Implement technologies like RPA to streamline HR tasks.
  • Collaborate on data integration efforts to improve HR functions and employee experiences.
  • Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights for management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies, particularly in Payroll and CPF Crimson Logic.
  • Understanding of HR metrics and their application in decision-making.
