Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Manage payroll transactions including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure data accuracy and collaborate across business units for payroll generation.
- Conduct audits to ensure error-free processing, working closely with HR Operations and Total Rewards teams.
Statutory Labour Law and Tax Compliance:
- Handle wage adjustments, sick leave, bonuses, and overtime calculations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Lead tax submissions and calculations for various employee groups.
Problem-Solving:
- Address employee queries regarding payroll promptly and accurately.
- Rectify discrepancies to maintain payroll accuracy and transparency.
Digitalization Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for HR process automation using digital tools.
- Implement technologies like RPA to streamline HR tasks.
- Collaborate on data integration efforts to improve HR functions and employee experiences.
- Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights for management.

- Familiarity with HR technologies, particularly in Payroll and CPF Crimson Logic.
- Understanding of HR metrics and their application in decision-making.
