Job: MS Suite Administrator
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Offer Level 1/Level 2 Support and configuration assistance for Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 Support and configuration services for Microsoft Business Central.
- Collaborate with Tech Partners to ensure seamless IT integration and uphold security compliance standards.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 Support and Maintenance of the company's IT laptops/smart devices, printers, backup systems, and network security across Microsoft, Android, and Apple platforms both in-office and remotely.
- Conduct IT Patch Management and Vulnerability Management of laptops and company phones via Intune.
- Manage Azure Active Directory including Authentication, Authorization, and Group Policy across all company assets, both physical and virtual.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT Desktop Support/System Administrator specializing in Microsoft 365 Security on laptops/mobiles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting/basic configuring of Microsoft Sales CRM.
- Proven ability supporting/basic understanding of Microsoft Business Central operations.
- Proficiency in Unix systems administration along with PowerShell scripting abilities. Familiarity with Power Platform & Microsoft Graph API is essential.
- Strong SQL database management skills & .Net coding capabilities are required.
- Excellent command over written/spoken English; adept at presentation delivery & maintaining interpersonal relations across diverse teams.
Note: Possession of relevant Microsoft Certifications will be considered an advantage.
