Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, establishing HR structure and policies to support company growth
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Drafting and implementing compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships and addressing issues promptly
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and annual performance reviews

    Job Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in spearheading end-to-end HR functions
  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proven track record in scaling up a business within a start-up environment, including hands-on recruitment experience
  • Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and resilient with a strong sense of work ethics, accountability and ownership
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Good understanding of local HR laws and employment regulations
