Reporting to: Sales Operations Leader
Location: Singapore
The role:
Order Management: Efficiently receives, processes, and acknowledges customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams, including Specification Review, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing, to review customer specifications, monitor orders, and address potential issues.
Customer Communication: Maintains clear and responsive communication with customers, providing updates on order status, addressing complaints, and coordinating information requests.
Sales Support: Collaborates with Regional Sales Managers to identify growth opportunities, provide technical information, and support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Continuous Improvement: Participates in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and goals, while demonstrating strong business acumen, problem-solving, and project management skills.
The experience:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience, with ideally 1-2 years of B2B customer service/account management experience.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP is ideal or similar ERP systems
