Location: Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 10,000 x 12 months + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Manage end-to-end corporate recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, advising leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable HR processes to support business growth.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Build and foster a high-performance, positive workplace culture.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact, providing hands-on support across all HR matters.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of well-rounded HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong background in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end corporate recruitment.
- Experience working in a standalone HR or high-autonomy environment is highly preferred.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Stable career history with demonstrated long-term tenure.
