Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Manage end-to-end corporate recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, advising leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and scalable HR processes to support business growth.
  • Oversee HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Build and foster a high-performance, positive workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact, providing hands-on support across all HR matters.


Requirements

  • 8–12 years of well-rounded HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
  • Strong background in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end corporate recruitment.
  • Experience working in a standalone HR or high-autonomy environment is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Stable career history with demonstrated long-term tenure.
