Role Description
Strategic account leadership role focused on owning and growing a key global banking client
Acts as a trusted advisor and orchestrator, aligning technology solutions to business outcomes
Drives large-scale transformation initiatives across cloud, network, security, and infrastructure
Operates in a complex, multi-country environment with long deal cycles
High exposure to C-suite stakeholders and regional/global decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategic relationship with the assigned banking account
Build and maintain senior executive relationships across business and technology functions
Identify, shape, and drive large transformation opportunities across multiple solution areas
Lead multi-country deal execution, including commercial structuring and negotiations
Develop and drive account growth strategy and pipeline governance
Coordinate across internal teams and partner ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions
Ensure strong deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and client outcomes
Position the organisation as a long-term strategic partner, not just a vendor
Requirements
12–20 years of enterprise sales experience with strong BFSI exposure (SCB specifically)
Demonstrated experience managing large strategic/global banking accounts
Proven ownership of high-value, complex deals (multi-million TCV)
Background in:
Telecom / managed services
System integrators
Cloud, network, cybersecurity, or infrastructure providers
Prior experience working with Standard Chartered or similar global banks preferred
Strong understanding of banking environment, stakeholders, and operating models
Ability to manage complex, multi-country sales cycles in matrix organisations
Strong commercial, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
