Role Description
Enterprise Sales / New Business role focused on driving revenue growth across large enterprise clients
Pure hunting position with full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle
Selling digital transformation solutions including:
Network & connectivity (e.g. SD-WAN)
Cloud
Cybersecurity (e.g. SASE)
UCaaS / CCaaS
Opportunity to work in a high-growth, commercially driven environment across Singapore
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition and build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and sales quotas
Identify, assess, and convert high-potential opportunities into revenue
Develop and execute territory and account plans to maximise market penetration
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Lead complex deal structuring and commercial negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
Conduct consultative discussions to understand client needs and position tailored solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, delivery, and legal teams
Stay informed on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Drive new logo wins while expanding engagement within existing opportunities
Operate with high ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to team initiatives and overall growth strategy
Deliver strong execution across deals, timelines, and client expectations
Requirements
7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Background in:
Telco
System integrators
Cloud / technology / infrastructure providers
Proven track record of selling complex digital transformation solutions to large enterprises
Experience selling one or more of:
Cloud services
Network / connectivity (e.g. SD-WAN)
Cybersecurity (e.g. SASE)
UCaaS / CCaaS
Strong new business / hunting experience with consistent quota achievement
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (business & IT leaders)
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix environments
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth markets
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and navigate complex sales environments
