A digital asset investment firm with an established suite of fund products, seeking to grow its distribution capability across key Asia wealth and institutional channels.

Role Description

This is a relationship-led, revenue-generating role sitting at the intersection of traditional wealth channels and the digital asset ecosystem. You will be responsible for the full fundraising cycle — from originating and qualifying prospects through to onboarding and ongoing account management — working closely with compliance, operations, and investment teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate brings an existing network across HNWIs, family offices, EAMs, or institutional investors in Hong Kong and/or Singapore, and has a genuine understanding of digital asset investment strategies. This is not a role for someone looking to learn the space — they want someone who can hit the ground running and build relationships with credibility.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors to build a sustainable pipeline for the firm's fund products
Lead fundraising and distribution efforts, driving individual and team sales targets through structured campaigns and direct client engagement
Deliver tailored investment presentations covering fund strategies, risk-return profiles, and the firm's broader value proposition
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and due diligence support through to contract execution and post-sale servicing
Coordinate client onboarding in partnership with compliance and operations, including KYC/AML documentation and regulatory requirements
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular pipeline and performance reports for management

Support client engagement initiatives including events, roadshows, and briefings

Requirements
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of BD experience in financial services — asset management, private banking, or wealth management background preferred
Proven fundraising or sales track record with HNWIs, family offices, EAMs, hedge funds, or institutional clients
Existing client network in Hong Kong and/or Singapore is a strong advantage
Familiarity with digital asset investment strategies and fund products
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment
