Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive commercial growth across Singapore and Malaysia within the cardiovascular segment. This role is focused on building and managing strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders. The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong clinical engagement capability
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales performance across assigned territories (Singapore & Malaysia)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and hospital decision-makers
Drive account planning, pipeline development, and revenue achievement within CRM product portfolio
Support clinical adoption through product presentations, in-service training, and ongoing technical discussions with healthcare professionals
Work closely with clinical support teams to ensure effective product usage and patient follow-up processes
Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within assigned accounts
Collaborate with regional leadership to execute commercial strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives
Maintain high standards of customer engagement and account management discipline across all key accounts
Requirements
At least 5 years of medical device sales experience in CRM / cardiology-focused portfolios
Strong knowledge in electrophysiology, pacing, or heart failure-related devices
Proven track record in direct sales and KAM ownership within hospital environments
Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate independently across territories
Comfortable engaging senior clinicians and hospital decision-makers
