The organization has been gaining strong momentum globally and is actively expanding its footprint across the APAC region with innovative technologies designed to enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes.

Role Description

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Clinical Sales Manager to support and accelerate regional growth across APAC markets. This role combines strategic business development, distributor management, and clinical engagement to drive market expansion and adoption of advanced surgical technologies.
Candidates with prior experience in surgical robotics are highly preferred. However, professionals with strong backgrounds in medical devices, surgical consumables, or other clinically focused healthcare sales environments are also encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities
Drive commercial growth and revenue expansion across APAC markets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with distributors and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and support regional expansion initiatives.
Lead product positioning, market penetration, and business development activities.
Collaborate closely with internal marketing, clinical, and training teams to ensure successful customer engagement and product adoption.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform commercial strategies.
Ensure achievement of regional sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of successful sales experience within medical devices, surgical consumables, or the broader healthcare industry.
Prior exposure to surgical robotics is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience managing distributors and driving business growth across APAC markets.
Experience engaging with surgeons, operating theatres, and hospital stakeholders is preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable traveling extensively across APAC as required.
