With nearly a decade of operating history across multiple market cycles, the firm bridges institutional finance and digital asset markets across the Asia region.

Role Description

They are looking to grow their sales team with a driven individual who can originate and manage relationships with institutional clients and HNWIs. This is a pure revenue-generating role — you will be expected to bring energy to business development while also nurturing an existing book of clients over the long term.

The ideal candidate comes with direct digital asset experience, an existing network in the institutional or crypto-native space, and a hunger to perform. Mandarin fluency is a bonus given the firm's regional focus.

Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional and HNW clients to grow the regional franchise

Develop long-term client relationships by delivering tailored solutions across spot, options, and structured products

Lead client meetings and presentations

Collect market and client feedback to support new product development

Expand client coverage and conduct systematic user-mapping

Work cross-functionally on initiatives to attract and retain clients

Analyse competitor offerings and provide insights on target segments

Deliver exceptional client experience across the full sales lifecycle

Senior candidates expected to mentor junior team members

Requirements

Prior experience in the digital assets space is mandatory

Background in financial markets sales or wealth management is a plus

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with an existing book or network

Demonstrated sales track record

Strong communicator and strategic thinker; solid presentation and organisational skills

Execution-oriented — able to translate strategy into tangible action

Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
