Role Description

Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of all marketing and communications activities, such as media relations, collateral production, advertising and promotional programmes and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1.Execute the production of company’s’ marketing collateral and ensuring that deadlines are met


Execute all marketing communications materials

To assist in managing all press medias

To maintain and update the company’s corporate websites



2.Coordination of events advertising and promotional programmes


Coordinate all aspects of marketing communications required for marketing and corporate activities

This includes all events and tradeshows



3.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication platforms, product launches etc




4.Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage and maintain awareness


To develop marketing materials required by the press and media

To coordinate events with media and Public Relations agencies



5.Coordinate and support all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner




6.Conceptualize presentations where required


To plan the preparation of product presentations and corporate presentations



7.Coordinate and execution of the trade events and trade shows


Assist in organizing trade events and trade shows, product launches

Organize and conceptualize customer visits to production facility



8.Plan and schedule of social media


To provide structure and development of the website, Facebook account and Instagram



9.Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations


To prepare information for communications



10.Plan and schedule content for B2C arm


Website and social media

Content Calendar planning



11.Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and product catalogues.




12.Support any ad-hoc projects by HOD

Requirements

Open to 5.5 day weekly work schedule (alternate Saturdays, remote working)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3 years of experience in a marketing role

Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand building

Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and project management abilities

Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Photography and videography skills

Knowledge of AI-powered design and content creation tools

Familiarity with content creation for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
