Main Duties and Responsibilities
They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Supply Chain Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations activities to ensure smooth production flow and delivery performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and spearhead the Supply Chain Operations Strategies e. Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing within the division as a Subject-Matter-Expert, in alignment to the company's growth and supply requirements
- Manage and establish a collaborative and professional work relationship between the relevant internal and external stakeholders to maximize manufacturing output
- Lead the set-up of greenfield manufacturing plants and shop floors
- Work with Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Sales, Legal teams etc to mitigate any supply chain issues
- Review existing SOPs and processes and identify any areas of improvements - Spearheading Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Cost-savings, Sustainability projects etc.
Candidate Profile
Work location: Singapore
- Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or related studies
- Approximately 8 years of experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing Operations, preferably with good exposure to Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations
- Proficiency in MRP and ERP Planning tools e.g. SAP (MM/PP modules) and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong presentation skills
- Proven track records in driving initiatives/programs independently and managing diverse and senior stakeholders
