We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Manager (QA/QC) for our Taiwan-based medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing MNC client. - Team size: 10 quality assurance professionals
- Work mode: Full-time, onsite
The role:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance activities within the manufacturing plant.
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and manage external audits from regulatory agencies and customers.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate processes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
The experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or life science
- Ideally with 8 years of experience in quality management roles within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, regulations (e.g., EU/FDA, ISO), and GMP standards
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
