As the Vice President of Sales, you'll be instrumental in propelling the growth and expansion of our clients business across MENA, and help their pioneering SaaS platform to continue reshaping the telecommunications sector. This role transcends traditional sales responsibilities, offering an opportunity to be part of an innovative team revolutionizing the telco landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish thought leadership in the Telco vertical SaaS domain, leveraging expertise to provide informed perspectives on industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Spearhead the strategic sales direction, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and capture market share.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with C-suite executives across existing and prospective client accounts, with a focus on new account development crucial for the company's growth trajectory.
  • Implement a structured sales methodology and process, encompassing opportunity validation, pursuit, closure, and a robust sales operating cadence.
  • Enhance sales tools to offer greater visibility and actionable insights for targeted sales initiatives.
  • Develop compelling customer value propositions, shape market-facing messages, and refine pricing strategies for current and future product offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience leading regional sales teams, consistently achieving year-over-year ARR growth spanning from double to triple digits.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new regions or countries, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Proficient in consultative sales techniques with a history of closing large and intricate B2B deals, characterized by lengthy sales cycles and involvement of multiple decision-makers with substantial deal values.
  • Possesses a robust network of C-suite executives within client organizations and a track record of cultivating C-suite and board-level relationships within the telecommunications industry.
