Having established a strong business presence in Hong Kong, they are planning to launch a new product next year. To support their business expansion, they are hiring a capable Senior Commercial Manager.

Job Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy Formulation and Sales Tactics Execution

Develop Market and Sales Strategies

  • Formulate strategic plans for the market and sales of the assigned products.
  • Achieve business targets set by the company.
  • Build and lead a team to develop market strategies, sales plans, regional access plans, and ensure business targets are met.

Understand Promotional Models

  • Gain a deep understanding of promotional models and access paths for related products in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Market Sensitivity

  • Maintain a strong sensitivity to changes in market policies.

Product Insight

  • Fully comprehend the future development direction and benefit characteristics of the product.

Brand Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with various departments to develop brand strategies and tactics in the target market.

Competitor Analysis

  • Keep up-to-date with competitor information.

2. Identify the Right Partners (Distributors, Doctors)

Execute Promotional Strategies

  • Implement sales and promotional strategies in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan through effective cross-department collaboration.

Partner Selection

  • Gain deep insights into local distributors, screen and follow up with potential partners.

Key Account Management

  • Manage and maintain good relationships with internal and external key customers.

Team Leadership

  • Lead the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan business team to ensure 100% achievement of annual sales targets (YTD).


  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in medicine.
  • In-depth understanding of disease areas and promotional models and access paths for related products in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
  • Strong sensitivity to market changes.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field especially oncology area.
  • More than 3 years of relevant market experience.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Clear thinking, strategic mindset, and strong execution ability.
