Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 8 -12 HR professionals across Singapore, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the HR team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure effective execution across the region.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Oversee employee relations matters and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across multiple APAC countries.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the region.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with global and regional teams to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and market practices related to compensation and benefits.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and market trends.
- HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee HR operations across the region, including payroll, HRIS management, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices that foster a compliant and ethical work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR leadership role in a multinational company, ideally within the APAC region.
- Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws and regulations, with experience managing HR operations across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
