Role Overview:
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role as the primary HR contact for our Singapore office, collaborating closely with senior executive leaders. This is a strategic expansion role requiring deep knowledge of local regulations, labor laws, and talent acquisition practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and a methodical approach to driving impactful HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to senior executives, advising on HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a seamless hiring process for critical roles while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
- Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects that enhance company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a HRBP or similar strategic role.
- Deep understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, with experience in a dynamic tech or digital environment preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
