Job Description
- Oversee the full range of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage manpower sourcing and planning, handle work pass and quota issues for foreign talent, and conduct job postings and interviews.
- Manage the entire performance appraisal process, including overseeing annual increments, promotions, and succession planning programs.
- Review compensation and benefits programs, and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy guidance aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with management and business units to improve the work environment, strengthen employee relationships, drive engagement, and enhance productivity.
- Lead the Administration department to Oversee the housekeeping, maintenance and alteration of office areas, facilities and equipment
Job Requirement
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant and hands-on experience in spearheading end-to-end HR functions
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven track record in scaling up a business within a start-up environment, including hands-on recruitment experience
- Ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills and resilient with a strong sense of work ethics, accountability and ownership
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Good understanding of local HR laws and employment regulations
