About the Client

Our client is a Semiconductor MNC, expert in the development and innovative production of a high-technology, customized solutions across the globe. The company is going through growth across major markets regionally in terms of its niche market position. They take pride in ensuring optimized Value Engineering & Supplier Development Management to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.


Main Duties & Responsibilities
They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Head of Customer Service responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the region.

Key responsibilities of this Team Management role, would include:

  • Lead the Order Management and Customer Servicing strategies to achieve maximum Customer Satisfaction level
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate order management and delivery
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed Customer Service levels (SLAs) and standards against set KPIs
  • Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key customers to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coaching and Development of Customer Service team members
  • Ensure efficient work partnership with Procurement, Engineering, R&D, Quality and Factory Assembly teams etc to mitigate any Customer Service issues


Candidate Profile
Singapore * Permanent

  • Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or related studies
  • Approximately 8-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / Order Management, preferably within the Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment
  • Fluency in written and conversational Mandarin is needed to manage team and stakeholders in the APAC region
  • Excellent technical knowledge with regards to order fulfilment, shipping, import & export, pricing would be advantageous.
  • Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, leadership & negotiation skills to drive process improvements to enhance & streamline process maturity and optimizing team work in the organisation
  • Excellent exposure in using SAP ERP and CRM systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
