Main Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the group's Head of Procurement, they are currently seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Group Procurement Manager.

You will oversee the strategic management of supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. You will also focus on driving cost reduction initiatives, enhancing supplier service, and optimizing procurement practices. By collaborating with business teams, you will support the achievement of high levels of operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall business performance through effective supplier management and innovation in procurement strategies.

Key Accountabilities

Lead Strategic Negotiations & Contract Renewals

  • Drive the negotiation and renewal of supplier contracts, leveraging the company's scale to secure substantial cost savings.
  • Manage tender processes to ensure competitive pricing and top-tier service agreements.

Build & Leverage Influential Networks

  • Cultivate strong, influential networks across the region and within all relevant attractions, promoting collaboration and enhanced supplier performance.

Deliver Value through Advanced Procurement Strategies

  • Employ cutting-edge procurement methodologies to achieve significant cost reductions, enhanced quality, and superior service benefits for the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that exceed performance targets.

Maintain Expertise in Procurement & Market Trends

  • Stay ahead of supply market trends, maintaining a deep understanding of key categories and regions to keep the company informed and competitive.

Ensure Robust Contract Management

  • Collaborate with Group Legal and external counsel to ensure compliance, maximize contractual benefits, and drive effective contract management processes.

Drive Operational Efficiency & Innovation

  • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, consolidate suppliers, and optimize procurement systems for streamlined processes and cost savings.

Champion Sustainability & Ethical Sourcing

  • Support environmental sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives, ensuring all procurement practices align with the company's corporate responsibility goals.

Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team performance and expertise.

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:

  • A degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in procurement, with a track record of success in leading negotiations and managing supplier relationships.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams is highly desirable.
  • Professional Procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent quantitative, data analysis, and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a focus on promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
