Job Description:
As a Real Estate Investment specialist, you will play a critical role in analysing and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities. You will work closely with the investment team to identify, assess, and execute investment strategies that align with the goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential real estate investments.
- Create detailed investment models and forecasts to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing real estate investments in the portfolio.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related role.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of real estate investment principles and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
