Atomic group is partnering with an international medical device company renowned for its innovative products, is expanding its operations in Indonesia. With a strong global footprint and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to spearhead their growth in this key market.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the promotion and sales of surgical products within the assigned geographic region, consistently aiming to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals, to drive product adoption and customer loyalty.
- Provide expert product knowledge and conduct educational workshops, seminars, and training sessions for healthcare professionals to enhance their understanding and effective usage of the company's surgical products.
- Conduct in-depth market research to monitor competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging market trends. Use these insights to develop and execute strategic market development plans.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Operations, to communicate customer feedback, drive product improvements, and support new product launches.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and expand business networks.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics regularly, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Rich experience in the medical device industry, with specialized knowledge in medical device especially surgical products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including experience working with hospitals, surgical centers, and distributors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
