Role Description

This role will play a key part in developing next-generation Digital Twin capabilities to model, simulate, and optimize large-scale industrial operations.
You will collaborate with an international team of data scientists, data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to build highly accurate virtual representations of complex physical environments. The objective is to drive operational excellence through AI, machine learning, simulation, and real-time analytics.

Requirements

Digital Twin Development
Design, develop, and maintain data-driven Digital Twin models representing complex operational environments and equipment behavior.
Integrate multiple data sources including IoT sensors, operational systems, and facility infrastructure into Digital Twin platforms.
Develop scalable data pipelines to support real-time monitoring and advanced simulation capabilities.
Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning
Build predictive models to improve asset reliability, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.
Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to forecast performance trends, identify anomalies, and optimize business outcomes.
Develop AI-driven solutions supporting predictive maintenance and operational decision-making.
Simulation & Optimization
Utilize simulation platforms and 3D visualization technologies to evaluate operational scenarios and future-state planning.
Perform what-if analyses to support capacity optimization, workflow improvements, and infrastructure planning.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and sustainability through data-driven insights.
Data Integration & Visualization
Develop dashboards and visualization tools to provide real-time visibility into key operational metrics.
Create intuitive reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
Support the development of immersive 3D operational environments and visual analytics capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, operations, planning, facilities, and technology teams to deliver Digital Twin solutions.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on AI, automation, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
Contribute to innovation programs focused on emerging technologies and advanced analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
Experience building predictive analytics, optimization models, or simulation-based solutions.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working with IoT data, time-series data, or large-scale operational datasets.
Exposure to Digital Twin platforms, simulation software, or industrial analytics environments is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as Omniverse, Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar technologies is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, infrastructure, energy, or other complex operational environments.
Exposure to Industry 4.0, smart factory, automation, or operational technology initiatives.
Experience delivering end-to-end AI or analytics solutions from concept through production deployment.
