About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, dependable Executive Assistant to support the C-suite at their Singapore HQ. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the engine behind a busy executive office — keeping things moving, anticipating needs, and ensuring the leadership team's time is well spent. Approximately 50% of the role supports the CEO directly, with the balance split across the CFO, CHRO, and SVP of Operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end — scheduling, prioritising, and resolving conflicts proactively
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and contingency plans
- Prepare concise briefing materials, agendas, and background documents ahead of key meetings and engagements
- Handle end-to-end logistics for board meetings, leadership sessions, and external conferences
- Process and reconcile expense claims and invoices accurately and on time
- Handle all sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and professionalism
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years supporting a SVP or above in a corporate setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms; familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
- Singaporean Citizen or PR ONLY
- Organised, composed under pressure, and genuinely easy to work with
