Key Responsibilities:
As the Ticket Operations Director for Australia, you will play a pivotal role in the successful management and optimization of ticketing operations, ensuring seamless ticket sales and revenue generation for Live Performance and Sporting Events. Key responsibilities include:

*Ticket Revenue Planning and Management:
oDevelop and execute comprehensive ticket revenue strategies, including pricing strategies, volume projections, and revenue optimization plans.
oAnalyse market trends and consumer behaviour to inform ticket pricing decisions and maximize box office revenue.
*Sales Channel Management:
oPlan and oversee online and offline ticket sales channels, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to sales promotion plans.
oCollaborate with marketing teams to implement effective sales promotions and campaigns to drive ticket sales.
*Private Sales Channel Development:
oDevelop and nurture private sales channels, cultivating relationships with resellers, group customers, travel agents, and other distributors to expand ticket distribution networks.
oOptimize private sales partnerships to enhance ticket availability and reach diverse audience segments.
*Legal Compliance and Operational Integrity:
oEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements governing ticketing operations.
oImplement best practices for operational integrity, data privacy, and customer protection in ticketing processes.

Candidate Profile:

oProficient in sales and product functionalities of online ticket agencies, with a strong understanding of ticketing platforms and technologies.
oExperienced in managing ticket sales operations for large-scale events, with a focus on revenue optimization.

oKnowledgeable about the resale market dynamics across online and offline ticketing channels, including secondary ticket marketplaces.
