We're hiring a Systems Automation Senior Manager or Director to lead the design, integration, and development of highly complex automation platforms used in semiconductor manufacturing. This role is at the forefront of innovation, where multidisciplinary engineering, software, and automation intersect to define the future of precision manufacturing.

What You'll Be Driving

  • Own and lead the system-level design, architecture, and integration of high-performance automation platforms combining electrical, mechanical, software, and controls engineering.
  • Oversee complex R&D projects, from concept through to product realization, ensuring functional alignment with customer and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams (software, hardware, process engineering, and marketing) to solve architecture challenges and optimize functionality across business units.
  • Guide system integration and final testing phases to ensure seamless delivery of high-performance tools.
  • Influence product roadmaps and standardization through data-driven metrics and technical benchmarking.
  • Partner with key vendors and internal teams to develop novel system components and technologies.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong technical leader with hands-on systems engineering experience - especially in complex electromechanical or automation-heavy systems.
  • Background in semiconductor tools, industrial automation, or advanced capital equipment preferred.
  • Proven track record in system-level integration, cross-functional coordination, and lifecycle development.
  • Expertise in controls, software architecture, or automation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product management, and business units.
  • Strong understanding of systems validation, architecture trade-offs, and customer-driven development.
