About the Client

Our client is a reputable Global Logistics MNC. The company is known for providing excellent Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Supply Chain Management Services to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
They are currently on an active lookout for a suitable candidate as a Manager, Contract Logistics, Warehouse Engineering & Automation, responsible for the development and implementation of Warehouse Engineering and Automation projects.

Key responsibilities of this role would include:

  • Accountable for spearheading Warehouse Engineering and Automation projects
  • Ensure efficient work partnership with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Finance, Legal teams etc to mitigate any program and projects issues
  • Accountable for successful project implementation by ensuring objectives, timeline, budget, processes etc. are aligned throughout program and project life cycle.
  • Accountable for the delivery of program and project roadmaps, progress, risks, issues, impact and mitigation solutions to key stakeholders and senior management.

Candidate Profile:

Work Location: Selangor, Malaysia

  • Minimally possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering or related discipline
  • Approximately 10 years of track records in warehouse operations, preferably within the Global Logistics MNC fields.
  • Spearheaded and executed Industrial 4.0, Solutions Design and Warehouse Engineering & Automation projects / programs.
  • Hands-ons experience in Supply Chain and Logistics design tools / software would be advantageous (I.e. AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS)
  • Lean Six Sigma and PMP certifications would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
