Our client is an Industrial Manufacturing Components MNC, expert in the development and innovative production of a high-technology, customized components across the region. The company take pride in ensuring optimized Value Engineering & Supplier Development Management to achieve maximized customer satisfaction.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Customer Service Lead, APAC, you will be part of an integrated value-chain and is responsible for ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the region:

Key responsibilities of this Individual Contributor role, would include:

  • Execute Customer Service Activities (i.e. Enquiry, Quotation, Order Fulfilment, Invoicing, Delivery) to achieve maximum Customer Satisfaction level
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry or updates of customer orders and information into ERP System
  • Maintain agreed Customer Service levels (SLAs) and standards against set KPIs
  • Ensure efficient work partnership with Procurement, Finance, Engineering, R&D and Quality teams etc to mitigate any Customer Service issues


Candidate Profile

  • Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or related studies
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / Order Management, preferably within Manufacturing Environment
  • Fluency in written and conversational Japanese and English is needed to manage internal and external stakeholders in the APAC region
  • Excellent technical knowledge with regards to order fulfilment, shipping, import & export, pricing would be advantageous.
  • Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent exposure in using SAP ERP and CRM systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
