The role is based in Thailand- ChonBuri

The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance HR effectiveness.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in HR management within manufacturing companies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Continuous improvement focus, self-directed, and results-oriented.
