Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance HR effectiveness.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management
- At least 8-10 years of experience in HR management within manufacturing companies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement focus, self-directed, and results-oriented.
