We are seeking a knowledgeable and articulate Sales Manager to join the growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with key accounts in the healthcare sector, including medical centers, screening centers, labs, clinics, and hospitals.

In this role, you will:

  • Become the trusted advisor for your assigned customers, managing accounts, overseeing service agreements, and providing exceptional support.
  • Drive results by conducting sales calls, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, executive sponsors, and clients.
  • Champion clear communication: you will consistently update internal and external teams on sales progress and developments.
  • Navigate challenges with creativity, finding innovative solutions to everyday situations.

To thrive at this position, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an account/sales executive, ideally with a network in screening centers, medical institutions, and oncology specialists.
  • The ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • A fast-paced learning style and a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ethical principles, discretion, and thoughtfulness in handling sensitive information.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Chinese (written and verbal) is a plus.
