We are seeking a knowledgeable and articulate Sales Manager to join the growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with key accounts in the healthcare sector, including medical centers, screening centers, labs, clinics, and hospitals.
In this role, you will:
- Become the trusted advisor for your assigned customers, managing accounts, overseeing service agreements, and providing exceptional support.
- Drive results by conducting sales calls, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, executive sponsors, and clients.
- Champion clear communication: you will consistently update internal and external teams on sales progress and developments.
- Navigate challenges with creativity, finding innovative solutions to everyday situations.
To thrive at this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience as an account/sales executive, ideally with a network in screening centers, medical institutions, and oncology specialists.
- The ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A fast-paced learning style and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ethical principles, discretion, and thoughtfulness in handling sensitive information.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Chinese (written and verbal) is a plus.
