Our client seeks a passionate Sales & Marketing Manager to join the growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial success, leading both sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute winning strategies that illuminate the path towards a brighter future for cancer patients.

In this dual role, you will:

  • Sales:
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships and exceeding sales targets.
    • Become the trusted advisor for your clients, providing exceptional support and resolving conflicts effectively.
    • Develop new business opportunities by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
    • Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth, crafting winning sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Marketing:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, from content creation and social media to paid advertising and event management.
    • Craft compelling content that educates, engages, and motivates our target audience.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders and key players.
    • Oversee marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently for maximum impact.
    • Analyze marketing performance, gleaning insights to optimize future campaigns.

To illuminate your path to success in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field (or equivalent).
  • Proven success in a Sales & Marketing or relevant role.
  • A fire in your belly for healthcare innovation and a desire to make a real difference.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client-focused solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A knack for analyzing data and extracting insights from metrics.
  • Proven experience crafting and leading engaging marketing campaigns across various channels. (CRM software experience a plus!)
  • Oncology experience is a distinct advantage.
