About The Role
We're partnering with one of our prestige clients to look for a Retail Trainer to lead the store management teams and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence. You will implement global strategies locally, not just training a team but nurturing ambassadors who embody our brand's culture, values, and products.
- Create and execute tailored coaching plans for Store Retail Management teams, identifying key areas for improvement, including enhancing the Client Experience.
- Monitor and document training activities, outlining progress, action points, concerns, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to provide engaging and informative product training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of in-store training to ensure content retention and application.
- Ensure a thorough and uniform onboarding experience for new hires.
- Regularly engage with trainees, providing progress feedback to individuals, their Managers, and HR.
- Oversee the store's learning management system, ensuring all training is documented and teams are proficient with the tool.
About You
- Ideally with over 8 years of Training or Management experience in a Luxury Retail setting. Possession of any training certifications is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven leadership and motivational skills.
- A collaborative team member who is proactive, adaptable to new ideas and methods, and eager to learn.
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications to facilitate your daily tasks.
