About the Client
Our client is a reputable Luxury Retail MNC and is renowned for bringing about high-quality Fashion & Accessories products globally. With an integrated and robust supply chain network world-wide, they are able to deliver best-in-class value propositions to their customers. They are currently looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead a team across Vietnam and Cambodia.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will be part of an integrated value-chain and is responsible in delivering high quality authentic product:
- Spearhead the Quality Assurance / Quality Control day-to-day activities from manufacturing site to shipment delivery, adhering to the Group's quality standard
- Design and spearhead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes
- Managed vendor QA agreement/ SQC and vendor early alert systems
- Responsible in establishing, maintaining and reporting Quality related KPI
- Provide technical solutions to resolve and manage any technical issues e.g. adjust pre-production process and training process to upgrade vendors' bulk quality.

Candidate Profile
Work Location: Singapore
- Minimally possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Quality / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent track records in manufacturing Quality responsibilities, bonus on management of Leather Goods, Handbags etc
- Excellent knowledge of global standards for Luxury Goods
