About the Client

Our client is a reputable FMCG F&B Company and is renowned for bringing about Consumer Products globally. With an integrated supply chain network and a dedicated Supply Chain Hub based in APAC, they are able to deliver best-in-class value propositions to their customers. They are currently looking for a High Potential Production Planner to further optimise the growing business operations with a robust and accurate supply chain planning.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will be part of an integrated value-chain and is responsible for optimizing the supply availability regionally:

  • Derive and generate the Production Plan of the Finished Goods to ensure the fulfilment of the inventory level for both the main product group SKUs as well as new product innovations
  • Ensure clear communication and act as the Key Contact Point to balance the demand and supply across various stakeholders including Demand Planners, Manufacturing Schedulers etc.
  • Analyse and maintain the planning data in the ERP system which includes purchase order confirmation, work orders and inventory data from Contract Manufacturers, and Freight Forwarders
  • Analyse and maintain the stock availability (inventory management)
  • Support planning process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams

Candidate Profile

Work Location: Singapore

  • Minimally possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or related discipline
  • APICS certification and/or similar certifications would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent track records in manufacturing Consumer Goods / F&B environment
  • Excellent knowledge to ERP/Planning system and Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel
