Responsibilities
Client account management
Develop and strengthen the relationships with new and existing affluent customers through
professional consultative financial analysis
Provide customers with regular market updates, endeavoring to understand our customers'
financial needs and recommending appropriate wealth management products accordingly
Review customer needs and asset allocation, pro-actively engage with the customer to
validate the understanding of the needs
Organize customer events to enhance customer bonding
Acquire new customers through converting referral leads
Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to
Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience
Qualifications
Previous relevant experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and manage both internal and external relationships
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
