About the Role
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets for our pharmaceutical portfolio in the Singapore market. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct effective product presentations and provide comprehensive product knowledge to HCPs.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, market research, and competitor activity.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Singaporean regulations and company policies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Singaporean healthcare market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
