Main Duties and Responsibilities

They are currently on an active look out for a suitable candidate as a Supply Chain Materials Program Manager, NPI responsible for the NPI Material Program Management within the global manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for developing NPI Materials Program SOPs / policies / strategies aligned to company's strategic direction
  • Accountable for the Strategic NPI Material Planning including the Materials, Inventory, Procurement, Planning and Analysis
  • Drive material forecast accuracy and material purchases by means of evaluating plant capacity to meet both short and long term production forecasts, and integrate these requirements into capital planning
  • Ensure efficient work partnership with Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT teams etc to mitigate any supply chain issues
  • Review existing SOPs and processes and identify any areas of improvements - spearheading Cost-Savings, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, etc.

Candidate Profile

Work location: Singapore

  • Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Engineering or related studies
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in NPI Supply Chain / Materials Management, with good exposure to Semiconductor Manufacturing operations
  • Proficiency in MRP and ERP Planning tools e.g. SAP (MM/PP modules) and equivalent ERP system is highly preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong presentation skills
  • Proven track records in driving initiatives/programs independently and managing diverse and senior stakeholders
  • Certification in APICS CPIM would be an advantageous bonus
