Network Operations Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall monitoring, troubleshooting and support for Data Center Network
- Conduct network maintenance tasks when required
- Respond to various network alarms and faults, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution.
- Oversee and complete network repairs working with team members such as switch replacements, link repairs, and dark fiber restorations.
- Collaborate with Data Center engineers to perform physical tasks and provide remote instructions.
- Document daily monitoring and operational activities and regularly share reports with the team.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in network troubleshooting, monitoring, and operations.
- Good networking fundamental knowledge including TCP/IP and routing protocols
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Linux experience would be advantageous
- Relevant Certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, CCNP
