About the Client
Our client is a Landscaping Company, an expert in the development and innovative production of a highly-customized products and services across the country.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
They are currently on an active lookout for a suitable candidate as a Contracts Manager responsible for the execution of Contracts and Tender Management activities.
The responsibilities of this Team Management role would include:
- Oversee the execution of Contracts and Tender Management activities such as Contract Drafting, Procurement & Costing Strategies, Tender Documentation within the division as a Subject-Matter-Expert, in alignment to the company's requirements
- Ensure the projects are completed within the project timeline, budget and quality standards
- Lead and Coach Team Members
- Ensure efficient work partnership with cross-functional teams such as Project Management, Operations, Sales teams etc. to mitigate project issues.
Candidate Profile
Work location: Singapore
- Minimally Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related studies
- Approximately 3 to 8 years of experience in Contracts Management and Quantity Surveying positions
- Professional Membership with Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be advantageous
- Excellent in multi-tasking as well as written, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Displays strong diplomatic and team player personality
