Location: Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the company's financial objectives.
- Lead and manage the investment and financing team, providing guidance and direction.
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in line with the company's risk tolerance and growth goals.
- Oversee due diligence processes for potential investments, analysing financial data and market trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and negotiate financing deals.
- Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio, optimizing performance and mitigating risks.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, financial reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing capital allocation and managing liquidity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable university
- MBA or CFA is a plus
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment valuation, and risk management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading and managing a team.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of successful investment strategies
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in investment and financing
- Experience in fund-raising.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
