Main Duties & Responsibilities
Fleet Operations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of vehicles for company operations.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repair services for all vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues promptly.
Cost Management:
- Manage and optimize fleet budgets, including fuel, maintenance, and repair costs.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement effective strategies.
Compliance:
- Ensure all vehicles meet legal and regulatory requirements, including safety standards and emissions regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, inspections, and insurance.
Driver Management:
- Supervise and support the team of drivers.
- Conduct training and ensure compliance with company policies and driving regulations.
Fleet Tracking:
- Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle locations, usage, and performance.
- Generate reports on fleet activities and provide insights for improvement.
Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate will be one who has most of the below criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- At least 4 years' in fleet management, handling local Singapore transportation network
- Good exposure to SAP will be a bonus
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
