Our client is a reputable Chinese family office specializing in multi-asset investments, including public equities, bonds, fixed income, and private equity investments. We are seeking a talented Investment Specialist with a strong background in fixed income and experience in private equity to join their team.
Job Description:
As an Investment Specialist, you will play a critical role in analysing and evaluating potential investments across multi-asset classes, including public equities, bonds, fixed income securities, and private equity. You will work closely with the investment team to identify, assess, and execute investment strategies that align with the goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment of potential investments across multi-asset classes.
- Create detailed investment models and forecasts to support investment decisions across various asset classes.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Monitor and assess the performance of existing investments across the portfolio.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry developments within multi-asset investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in investment analysis, including fixed income, public equities, and private equity.
- Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of investment principles and market trends across multi-asset classes.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
